可遂吟味候之条已来急度可相心得候尤

相触候処又々近頃切金員数甚不足二
差出候茂有之由不埒之事二候弥先達而

奉行より老中へ申し達するはずであるので、その節には吟味を遂げることになる条件として、今後は急度心得るべきである。もっとも寺社・在町方は奉行所において急度咎めを申し付けることになる。
右の通り宝暦九卯年・天明元丑年に触れ回したところ、また近頃切金員数が甚だ不足して差し出すこともあるとのこと、不埒なことである。いよいよ先達て触れ回した趣旨を急度心得るべきである。なお、この以後不埒な儀もあれば、奉行所において厳しく

Since this matter should be reported from the magistrate to the senior councilors (rōjū), at that time investigation will be conducted, and therefore henceforth one must strictly understand this. Naturally, temples, shrines, and townspeople will be strictly reprimanded by the magistrate's office.
As announced above in Hōreki 9 (1759, year of the Rabbit) and Tenmei 1 (1781, year of the Ox), recently there have again been cases of presenting severely insufficient amounts of actual silver, which is improper conduct. One must strictly understand the intent of what was previously announced. Furthermore, if there are improper matters hereafter, the magistrate's office will handle them strictly.

Since this is how matters should be handled, masters must strictly instruct their retainers who will handle affairs going forward so that there are no misunderstandings. Naturally, the same applies to temples, shrines, and townspeople.
