あっても危惧することなく幅広く商売を行うべき旨を、御料所は代官、私領は領主・地頭より残らず触れ出すべきである。
このような趣旨を触れ出すべきである。

右の通り公儀より御書付が出されたので、町中・寺社ともに触れ出すべきである。以上
