現代語訳

（前頁より続き）引き替えの御手当として、百両につき二十両を下される。天保年間に鋳造された二朱金については、かねてより触れ置いた通り、世上での通用を停止することは言うまでもなく、引き替えの御手当については、これまで百両につき六十両のところ、九十両を下されることになった。よって、右の二分判・二朱金の両様を所持する者は、早々に引き替え申すべきである。右のように格別の増歩を下される上は、速やかに引き替え申すべきである。もし二十（両）以上を持ち贈ったか、または不正な取引をした者がいる場合には、取り調べの上これを没収し、厳しく咎を申し付けるべきである。

(Continued from previous page...) As a stipend (*o-teate*) for the exchange, twenty ryō per one hundred ryō shall be granted. Regarding the two-shu gold coins (*nishu-kin*) minted during the Tenpō era, it goes without saying that their circulation shall be suspended as previously notified. As for the exchange stipend, whereas it had previously been sixty ryō per one hundred ryō, it shall now be ninety ryō per one hundred ryō. Accordingly, those in possession of either the two-bu coins (*nibu-ban*) or the two-shu gold coins (*nishu-kin*) shall exchange them without delay. Given that such an exceptionally generous increase in the stipend has been granted, the exchange must be carried out promptly. Should there be anyone found to have hoarded or transferred twenty [ryō] or more, or engaged in fraudulent transactions, they shall be investigated, their holdings confiscated, and they shall be severely punished.
