今春中から時候が不順で、田方の植え付けをする頃から雨天が打ち続いた。しかし稲は生育し、方々でよく茂っているのが見受けられる。ところが晴天の日といっても偶然で、次第に後の出穂の時節に至り、異常な冷気があり、いよいよ生育が遅れている。水田はもちろん、また稲によって（は異なるが）
