出穂しない様子が聞こえ、痛心しているところ、去る六日に強雨が降り続き、同八日には稀な大嵐で、田畑共に吹き潰され、皆無同様の場所が少なくない様子である。この上、開作まで御領内の取り続きの程がいかがであろうか。村柄によっては必至まで難渋するかもしれず、甚だ以て憂い痛心している次第である。
