諸国の産物を広く運搬し、自由に商売を行ってよいこと。
右の趣旨について、幕府直轄領・私領・寺社領を問わず、漏れのないよう触れ知らせること。
右の趣旨を触れ知らせるべきこと。

右の通り、公儀（幕府）より御書付が出されましたので、町中へ触れ知らせるべきこと。以上。
七月
右の御書付二通を、七月十七日ならびに■■（判読不明）より御遣わし下され候。同役中に閲覧させるため、引町へ相渡し申し候。

【Left folio】
The products of various provinces may be transported freely and widely, and commerce may be conducted at will.
Regarding the above matters: in shogunal territories, private domains, and temple and shrine lands alike, notifications shall be issued so that no one is left uninformed.
The above matters shall be duly notified.
Sixth month [June]
As the above has been issued in writing by the authorities (the Shogunate), it shall be duly communicated throughout the town. The above is hereby ordered.
Seventh month [July]
The two written notices (ofuregaki) described above were sent to us on the seventeenth day of the seventh month from ■■ [illegible]. They were passed on to the neighboring town (hikimachi) so that fellow officials could review them.
