手回りの良い者であっても、精々雑費を嫌い、相互に倹約を旨として、夫食（農民の食料）になるであろう品を貯え置くべきである。

その上、もともと御手薄（財政が苦しい）の段は一同承知の通りであるところ、御出張につきては、なおさら莫大な御入費（費用）ではあるが、御領民共が飢え渇くことのないよう御救いも相成り下されるであろうが、くれぐれも一和（団結）いたし、夫食を貯え取り続けるべきである。もっとも倹約の大旨は左の通りである。

一、祭礼等の節に町々にて親類並びに懇意の者を招く義は、相互に堅く見合わせ、神前へ神徳を少々相備える迄にて、質素に取り計らうこと。〇〇の出合い回り、赤飯、甘酒、その外何によらず無用の義は
