右の通り、江戸・大坂ならびに諸国の御料（幕府領）・私領・寺社領ともに、漏れのないよう触れ知らせるべきこと。
右の通り、去る八日に京都において達せられたことにつき、各方面へ触れ知らせるべきこと。
七月
右の通り、公儀（幕府）よりお書付が出た場合は、町中へ触れずに済ませること。以上。

八月十五日、御役所においてお申し渡しがあった。

As stated above, this is to be communicated without exception to all territories throughout Edo, Osaka, and the various provinces, whether shogunate-controlled lands (goryō), privately-held domains (shiryō), or temple and shrine lands (jisharyō).
As stated above, having been communicated in Kyoto on the 8th of last month, this is to be circulated to all relevant parties.
Seventh Month [July]
As stated above, should an official document (kakitsuke) be issued by the shogunate (Kōgi), there is no need to circulate it throughout the town. The above is noted.
Eighth Month [August]
On the 15th day of the Eighth Month, this was officially communicated at the Office (Goyakusho).
