【右丁】
一、■蔵（象蔵）はもっとも台所が難渋（生活困窮）の由につき、安米御払い下げを頂戴し置き、それを外へ売り遣わし、思召四郎（与四郎）義は右の安米札を余人へ貸した段、不埒につき過料銭を申し付け候。
一、勇次郎母のよ（のよ）・喜三郎、甚だ上（じょう）（不埒）に候。もっとも安米頂戴の者より売買をいたし、または札貸し等をいたし候段、
一、金願帖（きんがんちょう）の致し方不埒につき、急度（きっと）叱り（叱責）。
一、木太郎母ふさ・重吉良も申し口（もうしくち）、子細も〔下／入〕（見せ消ち）相聞こえ■■（判読不能）。
右の通り裁許（さいきょ）せしめ候条、向後（きょうご）心得違いこれなき様、各々相慎み、本分の生業（なりわい）を清（きよ）く出（い）だし申すべく候。

Item: Regarding [Zō]zō — although it was acknowledged that his household was in financial hardship (nanjū), and relief rice (yasugome) had been granted to him, he sold it elsewhere. Regarding Yojirō, he lent his relief rice tickets (yasugome-fuda) to others. As this conduct is outrageous and improper (furachi), a monetary fine (karyō-sen) is hereby imposed.
Item: Regarding Yojirō's mother Noyo and Kisaburō — their conduct is likewise highly improper (jō/furachi). They engaged in buying and selling [relief rice] obtained from those who had received it as relief, and furthermore facilitated the lending of tickets (fuda-kashi).
Item: Regarding the manner in which the petition register (kin-gan-chō) was handled — as this is deemed improper (furachi), a strict reprimand (kitto shikari) is issued.
Item: Regarding Kitarō's mother Fusa and Yoshikichi — their statements and the particulars thereof [correction mark: lower/insert] have been heard... [illegible].
As adjudicated above, henceforth all parties are to exercise proper conduct without any misunderstanding of their obligations, to conduct themselves with diligence, and to pursue their respective livelihoods (nariwai) in an upright manner.
Note: The fine (karyō-sen) must be paid within three days.
