【右丁】
の分は、すべて三割増しを当分の間の御定賃銭として申し付け、新規の高札を渡すので、その通りに受け取るよう申し渡したところであるから、その旨ご承知おきいただきたい。
右の趣旨を、各所において触れ知らしめるようにすること。
九月
右の通り、公儀よりご書付が出されたので、町中へ触れ知らしめるべきこと。以上。
十月

...the aforementioned [ferry crossings and river crossings along the Five Highways] shall all receive a 30% increase, which is hereby designated as the official fixed fare (sadame-chinson) for the time being. New official notice boards (kōsatsu) will be issued [to the stations], and the stations are instructed to receive them accordingly. This matter is hereby communicated for your acknowledgment.
The above contents are to be duly circulated and made known at each relevant location.
9th month
As the above has been issued as an official notice (kakitsuke) from the shogunate (kōgi), it is to be circulated throughout the town. That is all.
