【右丁】
御台様と申し上げ奉るべきである。
右の通り、去る二十一日に京の地において仰せ出された。この段を各方面へ触れ渡すべきである。
九月
右の通り、公儀よりお書付が出たので、町中へ触れ渡すべきである。以上。
十月
十日に出たので、同役中へのものである。
行用・霜町へ渡した。

…shall henceforth be referred to with reverence as Midai-sama (御台様).
The foregoing was proclaimed in Kyoto on the twenty-first of last month. This matter is to be circulated to all relevant parties.
Ninth month
As the above has been issued by the shogunate (kōgi) in the form of an official written notice (o-kakitsuke), it is to be circulated throughout the town. The above is hereby stated.
Tenth month
As this was issued on the tenth day, it is addressed to colleagues of the same office.
