異見差加若不相用捨は

現代語訳
【右丁】
（丁代・組頭は）異見を差し加え、もし用いられない場合は、取り扱い高（の処罰）もあるべきところ、等閑に打ち過ごした段、不埒につき、過料を申し付け候。
右の通り裁許を令し候条、其の意に従い、向後（きょうこう）は十分に相慎み、家業に精を出し、励むべく相努めるべし。尤も、過料銭は三日の内に相納めるべき候。
十月十七日
御書付、同役中の也鑓頭（やりがしら）共へ相添え候。

右の者、紛失物の儀につき糺（ただ）しに及ぶところ、子細も相聞こえず。
英語訳
【Right folio】
(The town representatives and neighborhood group heads) ought to have offered admonishment, and if it went unheeded, they should have escalated the matter [to the authorities]; yet they negligently allowed it to pass without doing so. As this is an outrageous matter, they are hereby sentenced to pay a fine.
As judgment has been rendered as stated above, [all parties] shall comply accordingly, henceforth exercise due restraint, and diligently devote themselves to their respective occupations. Furthermore, the fines (karyō-sen) are to be paid within three days.
Tenth month, seventeenth day
This official notice is to be forwarded along to the fellow officers (dōyaku-chū) and the spear-bearers (yarigashira).
