（盗まれた物については）差し障りなし。これによって盗まれた（窃盗被害に遭った）のか否かを取り扱いの者より申し渡し候。

右同じく郡中の義（について）、清水町へ相渡す。

時節柄にもなりましたにつき、特別に火の元について、（毎月）十一日の夜（とりわけ）念入りに点検し、灰台等、なお又心付け申し付けるべく候。

(Regarding the stolen goods,) there is no objection [to the handling of the matter]. On this basis, whether or not the items were stolen is to be conveyed and determined by the person in charge.
Tenth month, twenty-fifth day
Likewise, regarding the matter within the district (gun-chū), [this notice] is handed over to Shimizu-machi.

As the season [of increased fire risk] is now upon us, particular attention is to be paid to fire prevention; on the night of the eleventh of each month, fire sources are to be carefully inspected, and [residents] are to be instructed to remain especially mindful of ash containers (haidai) and similar items.
The foregoing is to be circulated throughout the town. The above is hereby ordered.
