Regarding the person residing in Ume-chō (Plum Town district) mentioned above, said person was summoned to Tsue-chō (Staff/Cane Town district). Ushi-tarō is to be sent to Kitahara via Shikawa. As for the matter of the second time, [the case] is now concluded; since there is an Oka-mon (gate official/barrier) in Hokomochi-mura, the matter has been handed over to that village.
