（右の趣旨が）漏れなく触れ知らされるよう、取り計らうべきである。
右の通り、万石以上・以下の面々へ達せられるべきこと。

右の通り、公儀（幕府）より御書付が出されたので、町中へ触れ知らせるべきこと。以上。

関所における通行の取り扱いについて、当七月中に触れ知らせた趣旨があるけれども、今般、別紙の通り達せられたことにより、関所においても改めを行い、出口関門にて（以下次頁へ続く）

The above is to be conveyed to all domain lords and officials, whether their stipends be ten thousand koku or above, or below ten thousand koku.

As the foregoing has been issued by the bakufu (public authority) in the form of an official notice, it shall be duly circulated throughout the town. The above.
