　　但し、上り藩より総替（そうがえ）御本録（ごほんろく）へ
　　返却いたさるべく候。

右の趣、松平伊賀守様御藩士、大坂表へ差し出し候ところ、
（■）倉殿様総督府より御渡し相成り、廻達これ有り候。

Furthermore, upon receipt [of this document], please circulate it without delay according to the time noted [on the document].

　　However, once circulated among the [relevant] han, the original record [hon-roku] is to be returned in its entirety [sōgae].

The foregoing matter: a retainer of Lord Matsudaira Iga-no-kami's domain dispatched [this document] to Osaka, whereupon it was delivered from the headquarters of the Sōtoku [Commander-General] by Lord [■]kura, and has been circulated accordingly.
