The foregoing matter is to be communicated throughout the town.
That is all.
Second month [February]
Given the circumstances of the present time, with consideration also extended to this locality,
it has been decreed that on the twentieth of this month, [a party] departing for Edo
shall travel with the addition of escort officers [kai-yaku] and supplementary horses [kaba],
with five brushes [signatures/documents] for the journey.
The foregoing matter is to be communicated throughout the town.
