中山道御繕（ご修繕）の件につき、拝殿岩石（はいでんいわいし）より御達しがございましたところ、殿様におかれましては御謹慎中でいらっしゃいますゆえ、かねてより触れ置いたところではございますが、改めて旧に復し、一旦（いったん）仰せ出され候。
右の趣、町中へ相触れるべく候。以上。

江戸にて、長岡野小平佐（ながおかのこへいさ）、この度、御年寄株役を仰せ付けられ候。
一、浅井杢之助（あさいもくのすけ）、この度、御年寄帰役を仰せ付けられ候。

Regarding the matter of repairs to the Nakasendō highway, notice having been received from Haideni-iwashi [the issuing authority], and given that His Lordship is currently in a state of confinement [御謹慎], although this had been communicated previously, it is hereby formally re-announced that the matter is to revert to the previous arrangement, effective immediately.
Regarding the above, these matters are to be circulated throughout the town. That is all.
