一、内藤彦左衛門殿、この度、御普請書付（おふしんかきつけ）の御着用替えを仰せ付けられ候。もっとも、同名の者がいらっしゃいますゆえ、お改めいただくべく候。

一、内藤半兵衛殿、この度、御年寄の見習いを滞りなく相勤められましたゆえ、御免（ごめん）となり、御年寄上席・御番頭を仰せ付けられ候。
右の趣、町中へ相触れるべく候。以上。

Item: Naitō Hikozaemon has been appointed to a change in the insignia/designation associated with construction duties [御普請書付御着用替]. As there is another person bearing the same name, clarification/distinction should be made accordingly.
