（前段：喜七の件についての覚書）
写しを送った上で（書類を）お渡しするようにと申し出があった。その後、四月二日に喜七が名主・郡頭の方へ（書類を）取り寄せようとしたが、いまだに写しができておらず、この村へも送られてこないため、控えとして手元に置いている品々については、受け取りの手続きを行っていない。両側（の関係者）からも断りを入れてある旨を伝えてある。同役の者たちにも書面でその旨を諸々申し伝えてある。

一、禁裏御用の儀について
禁裏御料、あるいは禁裏御内などと、通行手形（会符）の傍らや、杭・標札などに書き記すことは、あってはならないことであるところ、往々にして見受けられるため、今後は厳しく改め、
「御用」
「御料」
とのみ書き記すよう、仰せ出されました。

**[Preliminary note regarding Kichishichi's matter]**
It was requested that the documents be sent after making copies. Subsequently, on the 2nd day of the 4th month, Kichishichi attempted to obtain the documents from the village headman (nanushi) and district head (guntō), but as copies had still not been made and the documents had not yet been forwarded to this village, the items kept on hand as copies have not been formally received. Both parties concerned have been notified of this refusal. Fellow officials have also been informed of these various matters in writing.

Item: Regarding the use of the designation "Kinri go-yō" (Imperial Court Official Use)
It has been observed on various occasions that phrases such as "Kinri go-ryō" (Imperial Court Domain) or "Kinri go-nai" (Imperial Court Interior) are being written alongside transit passes (kafu) or inscribed on stakes and signboards, which is entirely improper. Henceforth, this practice is to be strictly corrected, and it is hereby commanded that only the terms:
"Go-yō" (Official Use)
"Go-ryō" (Domain)
are to be written and used.
