【定め】
いかなることによらず、よろしくないことについて大勢で申し合わせ、徒党を組み、強訴し、あるいは申し合わせて居町・居村を立ち退くことを「逃散（ちょうさん）」と申し、いずれも堅く御法度（おはっと）である。もし右のような類のことがあれば、早々にその筋の役所へ申し出るべし。御褒美を下さるであろう。

【Ordinance】
Regardless of the reason, it is strictly prohibited to: conspire in large groups over improper matters, form factions (tōtō), commit acts of coercive petition (gōso), or to collectively abandon one's town or village of residence, which is called "chōsan" (desertion/flight). Should any such matters arise, they must be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities. A reward shall be granted.
