江戸市中ならびに五街道の宿駅において、荷物を運送するために馬車を使用することが
御免（許可）となり候間、江戸表その他、赤通路（主要道路）の振り合いをもって通行路を取り極め置き、不都合なき様子に取り計らわれ候。
右の通り、（幕府より）吉部（許可）候につき、来る都道中奉行・町奉行へ相達し候間、向々（関係各所）へ相触れられるべく候。

右の御（書付）、公儀より御書付が出候につき、町中へ

In the city of Edo and at the post stations along the Five Highways, the use of horse-drawn carts (馬車) for the transport of goods has been officially permitted. Accordingly, travel routes are to be established in conformity with the existing arrangements for the main roads (赤通路), and matters are to be managed so that no inconveniences arise.
As the above has been sanctioned (by the Bakufu), this has been communicated to the Road Magistrate (道中奉行) and the Town Magistrate (町奉行), and all relevant parties are to be duly notified.
10th month
In accordance with the above, as the official notice (御書付) from the Bakufu has been issued, it is to be circulated throughout the town. That is all.
