The aforementioned persons were found to have violated the official prohibitions at the residence of Denshichi in Hokorimura on the sixteenth day of the eleventh month of the current year. They were accordingly arrested and interrogated, and having confessed to their participation in [gambling], they were found to be in serious breach of conduct. The following punishments are hereby ordered:
Item: Regarding Denshichi, having repeatedly hosted gambling [at his residence] as the proprietor, and furthermore having himself participated therein,
