【右丁】
一、伝七の隣家の者の儀、博奕の宿（場所の提供）をいたし候義を存ぜざる者は有るまじき所、等閑に相心得、不埒につき、過料銭を申し付け候。
一、名主・町代・判組頭共の儀、御制禁の筋に相背き候者有之候はば、（その者を）小頭・主着（担当役人）へ見差し出し、最も相用いず候にて取り扱い方もあるべき処、（それを）差し置き候段、不埒につき、過料を申し付け候。
右の通り裁許令し条、役々その言を向後、身分を相慎むべく候。過怠勤を申し付けられ候者共は、其の筋の差図により、正路に相勤むべく候。過怠料銭は三日之内に相納むべく候。

Item: Regarding the neighbor of Denshichi—there can be no claim of ignorance that gambling was being hosted on the premises; yet having treated the matter with negligence, this being a serious breach of conduct, said person is hereby ordered to pay a fine.
Item: Regarding the nanushi (village headman), machidai (town representative), and kumigashira (group leaders): when persons in violation of prohibited conduct are found to be present, such persons ought to be reported to the designated supervisory officials (kohito/shuchaku) and dealt with accordingly; yet having left the matter unattended, this being a serious breach of conduct, they are hereby ordered to pay a fine.
In accordance with the above judgments hereby rendered, all officials concerned shall henceforth conduct themselves with proper restraint befitting their station. Those ordered to perform penitential service (kaitō-kin) shall carry out their duties correctly as directed by the appropriate authorities. The fines (kaitō-ryō-sen) shall be paid within three days.
