【右丁】
一、甚五兵衛の件については、先年不埒の儀があり、村押込を申し付け置いた（者が）町方へ（忍び出た）（こと不埒につき、過怠勤の上、過怠料銭を申し付ける。）
一、又三郎をはじめ外三人との親類組合の者どもの件については、博奕の手合わせを知らなかったということはあるまいと思われる処、以来（これまで）おろそかに（仲間と）打ち連れていた段は不束につき、過料銭を申し付ける。
一、名主・町代・判組頭との書（連署の文書）において、御法度筋（禁制に関わる事柄）を相侵す者どもがあった場合には、厳重に（取り締まり）貴見（御覧の通り）差し扱い方も（怠るべからざる）義、篤く（心して）おろそかにせぬよう（心得るべし）。

One: Regarding Jingobyōe — as in a previous year there was an instance of improper conduct for which confinement within the village had been ordered, [and he has now sneaked out into the town district — this conduct being improper, disciplinary confinement is imposed upon him, together with a monetary fine for misconduct.]
One: Regarding the members of the relatives' and neighborhood-group associations of Matasaburō and three others — it is inconceivable that they were unaware of the gambling that was taking place; yet they had hitherto carelessly associated with [the offenders]; as this conduct was thoughtless and negligent, a monetary fine is hereby imposed upon them.
One: [With regard to the document bearing the joint signatures of] the nanushi (village headman), the machidai (town representative), and the kumigashira (group leader) — should there be any persons who violate the provisions of the prohibitions [set forth therein], [you are reminded that] the manner of handling [such cases] must be carried out with strict [diligence], and this duty must be attended to with sincerity and must not be neglected.
