願い申し候右御山は先達而五ヶ村願ニ而三本ニ用せ

申し達しの上、やむを得ない件につき御届けの段、羽右衛門方へ沙汰しました。

一 川下郷中の諸普請木見分が済み、木の通達渡しの件について
別紙帳面一冊を郡代中より差し越されたので、早速相渡すよう致したく、
岡村十郎兵衛殿より申し来ました。右につき杉左衛門方へその段沙汰し、
帳面二冊をこれもまた差し遣わします。本番の日限を急がせるよう仰せ付けられるよう
下役へも申し付けて申し渡しました。
一 小野澤村善左衛門の横川山願い、年来の御猟場ですが引き合いが難しい
筋ができ、当夏追加の願書を差し出し、同役と申し談じたところ、林五らが
相計ったため、願書両通を差し戻しました。向後右の払い山願いの件は以上の通り
相成らない段を申し渡すよう、下役が沙汰し、山方衆へもその段を

一 西川の内の御山を頂戴したく内意を、小沢村善左衛門、当町
平野屋義兵衛、綿屋義兵衛が願い出ております。まだ見分していない
場所であり、届け出なしには相成りません。その段も羽右衛門方へ沙汰しました。
一 志賀羽右衛門より、三溝良蔵が明二十九日に罷り出て、西町村・山寺村・
御薗村の川除け木道具を差し急ぎ願書があり、罷り出るべき旨
申し聞かせ、承知の上罷り越すよう沙汰しました。
二十八日
一 小野澤村善左衛門が三峯川入国養中山の継山を頂戴したく
願い申しました。右の御山は先達て五ヶ村の願いにて三本に用いたく
願い出た件であり、村方へ兼ねて申し聞かせるよう挨拶すべきです。

- Regarding Onozawa Village's Zenzaemon's request for Yokogawa Mountain, which has been an official hunting ground for years, a difficult situation arose regarding coordination. This summer he submitted an additional petition and consulted with colleagues, but since Hayashi Go and others had made calculations, both petitions were returned. We ordered subordinates to inform that future requests for such mountain purchases cannot be approved, and this matter was also communicated to the mountain officials.
