その他、先ず差し支えもないので、その趣旨を申し聞かせるよう山方衆へ
沙汰しました。
一 右につき黒河内善右衛門を呼び出して相尋ねるよう申し渡すところ、
折しも
善右衛門が罷り出て、村役人共も罷り出て相尋ねたところ、差し支えない
様子を申し聞かせたので、羽右衛門方に申し聞かせました。
二十九日
一 志賀羽右衛門並びに三溝良蔵が川下郷へ本寄りの届けを承知しました。
一 川下郷諸普請見分帳面の写しが済んだ由を杉左衛門方より
差し出し、郡代中へ持参して差し渡しました。
一 荷物札六枚、浦村伴左衛門の願いにつき、これもまた例の通り下役が
取り計らって渡しました。

御免になるよう願書を村役人連印、黒河内善右衛門の奥書にて差し
出しました。もっとも山方衆三人宛ての右願書二通を羽右衛門が差し出し、受け取り置きました。
一 明二日、春近郷の御立山へ与惣治、柏木源治の見分を差し遣わすにつき、村方で
取り計らうよう申し付け、安右衛門が差し添えて罷り越す段、届けを申し聞きました。
二日
一 羽右衛門、良蔵が御蓑村、山寺村、西町村、小出村の井筋木道具の
渡しが済み、罷り帰った旨、届けを申し聞きました。

- Regarding six cargo tags requested by Urason Banzaemon of Ura Village, subordinates handled and delivered these as usual.

1st day
- There was notification that Tobei's wife gave birth at dawn and would observe blood defilement retreat.
- Since Genji of Ichinose Village and Tameuemon of Nakao Village have become elderly and find it difficult to serve as mountain inspectors, a petition for their dismissal was submitted with joint seals from village officials and an endorsement by Kurokawachi Zen'emon. The two copies of this petition addressed to the three mountain officials were submitted by Uemon and kept on file.
- Regarding sending Yosoji and Kashiwagi Genji tomorrow on the 2nd to inspect the official forest in Haruchika district, we ordered the village to make arrangements, and received notification that Yasuemon would accompany them.
2nd day
- We received notification that Uemon and Ryozo completed the delivery of well channel timber and tools to Omino Village, Yamadera Village, Nishimachi Village, and Koide Village and returned.
