山揚致引払候様可申付旨一応平内方呼出相尋候様
御用番被仰聞候則羽右衛門方及沙汰吟味相尋候処何も
御沙汰之通奉畏候山入被仰付被下置候様平内申出候由
ニ付右之趣毎々御用番伺之上前書之通山入勝手
次第之旨被申渡候様羽右衛門方へ及沙汰
一 右ニ付黒川山為見分杣目付与惣治并市ヶ瀬村柏木
源治差鐘差遣申度伺之通相済尤源治義ハ杣作料
十三日壱分之日割を以差遣申度候者は図伺之通済
一 市瀬村柏木源治呼出シ右之通申付候様下役江
及沙汰与惣治江も源治申漬見方罷越候様可申候様

一 鉾持村山守不知之義有之吟味致候一言之申訳
無御座恐入候右ニ付村役人度々罷出内方ニ而三御用捨ニ
被成下候様相願之上羽右衛門申聞各之義ニ付此度は伺方
差免候ニ而此里後入念相聞候様被申渡候様羽右衛門方江
及沙汰
一 三溝良蔵御長家屋根御普請奉行見分有之候処
御修覆罷成候様御用番被仰候於私難有段申達ス
一 火山村御林先右衛門出火焼失ニ付御林之内惣□
七本頂戴仕度願申聞候羽右衛門方申付御用番迄惣

山を引き払うよう申し付ける旨、一応平内方を呼び出して相尋ねするよう
御用番が仰せ聞かされました。そこで羽右衛門方に沙汰し、吟味して尋ねたところ、何も
御沙汰の通り畏まって承りました。山入りを仰せ付けて下さるよう平内が申し出たという
ことで、右の趣きを毎々御用番に伺いの上、前書きの通り山入りは勝手
次第の旨を申し渡すよう羽右衛門方へ沙汰しました。
一 右につき黒川山見分のため、杣目付の与惣治ならびに市ヶ瀬村柏木
源治を差し遣わしたい旨、伺いの通り済みました。もっとも源治については杣作料
十三日一分の日割りをもって差し遣わしたく、これも伺いの通り済みました。
一 市瀬村柏木源治を呼び出し、右の通り申し付けるよう下役へ
沙汰し、与惣治へも源治に申し付けて見方に罷り越すよう申すよう

これもまた申し付けました。
一 鉾持村山守の不適切な件があり、吟味いたしましたが一言の申し訳も
ございません。恐れ入ります。右につき村役人が度々罷り出て、内々にて御用捨てに
していただくよう相願いの上、羽右衛門が申し聞きました。各々の件につき、この度は伺い方を
差し免じますが、今後は入念に相聞くよう申し渡すよう羽右衛門方へ
沙汰しました。
一 三溝良蔵の御長家屋根御普請について奉行見分がありましたところ、
御修復が罷り成るよう御用番が仰せになりました。私にとって有難い段、申し達します。
一 火山村御林で先右衛門の出火により焼失につき、御林の内の惣□
七本を頂戴したく願い申し聞きました。羽右衛門方に申し付け、御用番まで惣

The duty officer instructed us to summon Heinai's party and inquire about ordering him to withdraw from the mountain. - Regarding the above, for the inspection of Kurokawa Mountain, we completed the request to dispatch forestry inspector Yosoji and Kashiwagi Genji from Ichigase Village as approved. Regarding Genji, we also completed the approved request to dispatch him with daily wages of one bu per thirteen days for forestry work.
- We issued orders to subordinates to summon Kashiwagi Genji from Ichise Village and give him the above instructions, and also ordered Yosoji to instruct Genji to go for inspection.

- Regarding inappropriate matters by the forest guard of Hokomochi Village, after examination, there is not a word of excuse. We deeply apologize. Regarding this, village officials repeatedly appeared and requested leniency in private matters, which Uemon reported. Concerning each person's matters, this time we excuse the formal inquiry process, but issued orders to Uemon's office to instruct that future matters should be carefully inquired about.
- Regarding the roof repair construction of Mimizo Ryozo's official long house, after the magistrate's inspection, the duty officer ordered that repairs should be carried out. I humbly report this favorable development.
- Regarding the fire at Kayama Village's official forest caused by Sakaemon, which resulted in destruction, he requested to receive seven trees from within the official forest. This was ordered through Uemon's office to the duty officer.
