一 勇治事は当年御加米有之候ニ付御沙汰不及候段是又
役筋より為心得申渡
一 右下役共并杣目付御褒美銭被下候為〆礼御用番御快候
両人罷出候下役共者は例之通御役人中此□共両人方江御礼廻し
有之候様申渡候与惣治御礼は御用番御勝手江口上ニ而申上候
一 小白木駄数書上町方善右衛門方共ニ当月十五日迄之書上
十六日より之書上来正月江書上候様此間申渡候ニ付双方

【右丁】
右の者は山御用書帳を相勤めたため御褒美銭を下されました。羽右衛門並びに
下役が出席し、羽右衛門が申し渡しました。
一 勇治については当年御加米があったため御沙汰に及ばない段、これまた
役筋より心得のため申し渡しました。
一 右の下役共並びに杣目付に御褒美銭を下されたため、締めの礼として御用番へ御挨拶に
両人が罷り出ました。下役共は例の通り御役人中、この両人方へ御礼廻しが
あるよう申し渡しました。与惣治の御礼は御用番御勝手へ口上にて申し上げました。
一 小白木駄数書上げ、町方善右衛門方共に当月十五日までの書上げ、
十六日よりの書上げを来正月へ書上げるよう、この間申し渡したため、双方
書上げを差し出しました。

一 御子柴勇治は春中御加米もあったため御褒美銭を下されず、御取り扱い
その類もあったため申し立て書を差し出すよう御沙汰があり、下役両人に
下された通りの書付を差し出したところ、御付札にて左の通り下されたため
申し渡すよう御用番が仰せ渡されました。

右は御山方御薪方両様へ下されました。
右の杣者共両人、羽右衛門・下役が出席して申し渡しました。
一 勇治に御褒美を下された御礼の御届けは昨日の通り、両人が御用番御帳へ
罷り出ました。
一 藤兵衛・牧太は御役方の事が多いところ、書帳を相勤めた段、御懇々に

1. Regarding the count of small cypress wood bundles, both the town magistrate Zen'emon's group were instructed during this period to submit
records up to the 15th of this month, and records from the 16th onward to be submitted next New Year, so both parties
submitted their records.

1. Since Mikoshiba Yuji received additional rice allowance during spring, he was not given reward money, and since there were
similar cases in handling such matters, it was decided that a petition should be submitted. When the written petition following the same format given to the two subordinate officials was submitted, the following was granted by official note, and
the duty officer ordered that this be announced:
500 mon in coins Mikoshiba Yuji
The above was given for both the mountain office and firewood office duties.
The above logging workers, both Uemon and subordinate officials were in attendance for the announcement.
1. Regarding the formal thanks for the reward given to Yuji, as yesterday, both persons
appeared at the duty officer's office.
1. Tohei and Makita, despite having many official duties, diligently maintained the records, and with great consideration
