支配之者江も両人出席申渡役筋限御請申聞候依之

【右丁】
畏れ多くも御意を承り、その上拝領物を仕りました。
一 小田木駄数仕分け並びに帳面を添えて御用番へ入れ御披見いただいたところ、
御覧が済み、夕方帳面書付共に御戻しになりました。
二十六日
一 今日御用の儀があり、四時に総出仕して御書院において御直に
御意を承りました。御車番拝木材年より寅年まで五ヶ年の内の御倹約筋を
仰せ出されました。畢（おわ）って渡方割合帳御年限中を
仰せ出された御書付帳面を大目付中より差し出され、何れも拝見の上写しを取り、
支配の者へも両人出席して申し渡し、役筋限りで御請けを申し聞きました。これにより
両人は御用番御帳へ、支配者へ御倹約筋を仰せ出された趣を申し
渡した段を御届けとして記しました。

一 黒河内善右衛門殿、宮下増右衛門を呼び出し、拙者は両人、羽右衛門・義右衛門が出席し、
月番が申し渡しました。左の通りです。

右は御山御用書帳を相勤めたため御褒美として下されました。

右は御薪方御用書帳を相勤めたため御褒美として下されました。外に
下され米を例年通り下される旨、別段呼び出して申し渡し、羽右衛門並びに下役が出
席し、月番が申し渡しました。
右の御礼廻りは御用番御台所まで罷り越し、並びに郡代中、この方共両人
御礼廻りをするよう申し付けました。

We humbly received the lord's intentions and received bestowed items.
1. The count and sorting of small timber bundles along with the ledgers were submitted to the duty officer for review,
and after the review was completed, the ledgers and documents were returned in the evening.
26th day
1. Today there was official business, and at four o'clock everyone reported for duty and received direct
instructions at the書院 (administrative office). Regarding the five-year period from the year of the ox to the year of the tiger for construction materials, austerity measures were
announced. Subsequently, allocation ledgers for the designated period were
announced, and ledger documents were presented by the chief inspectors. After everyone reviewed and copied them,
both persons attended to convey the instructions to those under their supervision, with only the official department formally acknowledging receipt. Therefore,
both persons recorded in the duty officer's ledger that they had conveyed
the austerity measures announced to those under their supervision as an official report.

the monthly duty officer made the following announcement:

The above was given as a reward for maintaining the mountain office records.

The above was given as a reward for maintaining the firewood office records. Additionally,
rice stipends were given as usual, which was announced in a separate summons, with Uemon and subordinate officials in
attendance, announced by the monthly duty officer.
For the above courtesy visits, we went as far as the duty officer's kitchen, and instructed that both persons
from our side should make courtesy visits to the district magistrates as well.
