候ニ付今日山守共江為植候間為差図羽右衛門下役郎蔵両人
罷越候旨し候朝届申聞候晩方迄ニ不残植付相済罷帰
哉之段届申聞候
一 杉左衛門儀右衛門上伊那郷より御小蕪村并西町村追渡井筋道橋
川際木道具渡不残候相済罷帰旨届申聞候上伊那郷
普請見分書一袋持参差戻候間郡代中江早速差戻候
一 明十七日天気次第山室村御林為見分両人共ニ罷越帰り之節
月蔵山御林も見分仕度旨相伺候処勝手次第罷出候様

一 村方江も下諏方より村伝ニ而申遣尤差掛り候事故村賄も
直二仮筋より上下七人之図り申付候様安右衛門江申渡候追而
序次第郡代中へ村賄之義可申図り也
一 上伊那見分書一袋下役ニ為持差戻受取候段被申聞候

一 今朝六半時出足山室村江罷越候拙者共両人羽右衛門下役
両人与惣治召連候出掛御用番江口上ニ而御届申込大目付
中江も口上ニ而申遣候
一 右両所御林見分相済六ツ過頃帰宅御用番御届被儀

一 月蔵山下林の椹檜苗木を桜井村・貝沼村より千二百本送ってきた
ため、今日山守たちに植えさせるので、指図のために羽右衛門と下役郎蔵の両人が
罷り越すと今朝届けを申し聞きました。晩方までに残らず植え付けが相済んで罷り帰った
との段を届け申し聞きました
一 杉左衛門・儀右衛門が上伊那郷より御小蕪村並びに西町村追渡しの井筋・道橋・
川際木道具渡しを残らず相済ませ罷り帰ったとの旨を届け申し聞きました。上伊那郷

一 明日十七日は天気次第で山室村御林を見分のために両人共に罷り越し、帰りの際に
月蔵山御林も見分したいとの旨を相伺ったところ、勝手次第で罷り出るよう

一 村方へも下諏方より村伝えで申し遣わします。もっとも差し掛かった事なので村賄も
直ちに仮筋より上下七人の図りを申し付けるよう安右衛門へ申し渡しました。追って

一 上伊那見分書一袋を下役に持たせ差し戻し、受け取った段を申し聞かされました

一 右両所の御林見分が相済み六ツ過ぎ頃帰宅し、御用番へ御届けし、
大目付中へも帰着の届けを申し遣わしました

Today we had the mountain guards plant them, so Uemon and subordinate Rōzō went to provide guidance, as reported this morning. We received notification that all planting was completed by evening and they returned
一 Sugizaemon and Gizaemon returned from Kami-Ina Village after completing the delivery of all irrigation channels, road bridges, and riverside timber tools to Okabura Village and Nishimachi Village. They brought back one bag of Kami-Ina Village construction inspection documents, which we immediately returned to the district magistrate's office
一 Tomorrow, the 17th, weather permitting, both men will go to inspect the official forest of Yamuro Village, and on their return they requested to also inspect Tsukikura Mountain official forest. They were told by the duty officer to proceed at their convenience

一 This morning at 6:30 we set out for Yamuro Village. We two officials, along with Uemon, a subordinate, and Sōji, verbally reported our departure to the duty officer and also sent word to the chief inspectors
一 The inspection of both official forests was completed and we returned home around 7 PM. We reported to the duty officer and also sent notification of our return to the chief inspectors
