一 尾州木曽薮原宿の新六と申す者が黒川入戸台山で櫛を
作りたく届け出たい。黒河内村役人通印、善右衛門の奥書、願書並びに名前
書帳一冊を差し出し、これらの上で承届けを申し渡すよう羽右衛門方へ申し
付ける

一 板山村見分が済み、昨夕帰参した。中ノ澤一ヶ所では反歩が
不足につき、あづき坂日朝通を差し加え見分した。二ヶ所で
御引替えが成り下されれば、反歩も良いものとなるであろう旨。もっとも御林が手遠に
なる。望む件はないが、村方の御田地へも［ ］願いにつき、
願いの通り仰せ付けられるのが良いと儀右衛門・安右衛門が申し聞く
二十三日
一 昨日儀右衛門・安右衛門の見分の趣旨をもって御用宿へ申し伝える。もっとも
郡代中へも掛け合い、願いの通り承届けするのが良い。なお又御［ ］【欠損部分】の通り
願い済み等の節は御同様に申し渡し置くべし
