一 増山願い、平野屋儀兵衛・綿屋義兵衛の右願書は一昨二十五日に済んだ
ため、右の者どもを牧太宅へ上より呼び出し、願いが済んだこと、杉左衛門仮下役の
勇治が詰めていることを申し渡し、有り難い旨を申し聞かせた
二十八日
一 板山村役人・山守を呼び出し、地替願いが済んだことを杉左衛門が申し渡した。もっとも郡代中においても
同様に申し渡された。有り難い旨を申し聞き承った。昨日申し渡すべきであったが［ ］間
違いの筋が立ったため、以上申し渡した
晦日
一 牧太の忌は昨日限りで御免を仰せ出され、今日より出勤する
一 弁才天橋修復材木受け取り置いた件、先達て郡代中［ ］［ ］の別で、
今日右の計らいについて帳面一冊を差し越され受け取り置いた

1. Since Hyōbei went out to his home district, although Makitarō is in mourning, he will serve the monthly duty. This notification was conveyed today.

1. From Odaki Masuyama's Yanagisawa direction to Aoishi, petition by Uramura Banzaemon. From Mitsuminegawa Yanaizu direction to below Mitōshi-dake, Masuyama petition. Kurokawa-iri Minamisawa Kuroda-ishi, two locations.

1. Regarding the Masuyama petition, the petition documents by Hiranoya Gihei and Wata'ya Gihei were completed the day before yesterday on the 25th. Therefore, these persons were summoned from above to Makita's residence, and they were informed that their petitions were approved and that Yūji, Sugizaemon's acting subordinate, was in attendance. They expressed their gratitude.
28th day
1. The village officials and mountain guards of Itayama village were summoned, and Sugizaemon announced that the land exchange petition was approved. The district magistrate staff also made the same announcement. They expressed their gratitude and this was acknowledged. 1. Makita's mourning period ended yesterday and he was granted permission to return. He will resume work from today.
