一　藤兵衛が春近郷から帰ってきた案内があり、羽右衛門・安右衛門・与惣治もまた
　　帰着の届けを申し聞いた。儀右衛門・良蔵は宮田から直接御用筋を申し付けられ中沢郷へ
　　派遣した段を申し聞いた

二日
一　儀右衛門・良蔵の御用が済み帰ってきた段の届けを申し聞いた

三日
一　大久保村の渡し舟の木道具、右両人の者に相渡した段を申し聞いたので、すぐに
　　御用番へも申し伝えた

一　三四寸回りの竹百五十本を受け取りたい旨、御普請奉行中で相談があった。
　　もっとも二、三日のうちに外馬場手橋になる予定なので、右の場所まで取り入れたい
　　段の相談があったところ、近所の御薮では余所は切るのが難しいので、まず
　　百本で間に合わせるようにと申し談合しておいた。もっとも杉左衛門へ右の趣を沙汰した

一　御書付の趣を申し渡すよう御用番から仰せ渡された。左の通り

　　　　右の者共は役筋の事が多いところ、薪方添役として特に出精骨折

1. There was notice that Tōbei had returned from Haruchika village, and Uemon, Yasuemon, and Yosōji also reported their return. It was reported that Giemon and Ryōzō were directly assigned official duties from Miyata and dispatched to Nakazawa village.

1. It was reported that Giemon and Ryōzō completed their official duties and returned.

3rd day
1. Regarding the ferry boat wooden equipment from Ōkubo village, it was reported that these were handed over to the two aforementioned persons, so this was immediately communicated to the duty officer as well.

1. There was a consultation with the construction magistrate office regarding the desire to receive 150 bamboo poles of 3-4 sun circumference. Since the Sotobaba hand bridge would be completed within 2-3 days, there was a consultation about wanting to transport them to that location. However, since it would be difficult to cut from other areas in the nearby government bamboo grove, it was agreed to make do with 100 poles first. This matter was naturally communicated to Sugizaemon.

1. The duty officer ordered that the contents of the official notice be conveyed as follows:
