一 志賀羽右衛門格式御中小姓高弐拾四俵三人扶持ニ而成下候被
仰渡候趣略之御用番御席江罷出両人御礼申上候御用人中江も
先達而内談之筋も有之候ニ付一通り及挨拶候

一 杉左衛門芦沢村江御普請方御用竹為切罷越候段届申聞候

一 御普請方談之細竹芦沢村ニ而三拾本残り歳神坂両所
御藪ニ而都合百本切出則相渡候段杉左衛門申聞候

一 弁才天行馬道繕ニ付すのこ木長サ九尺物十三本請取度
段郡代中談有之向寄ニ而為伐渡候様義右衛門方江及沙
汰候
一 板山村地替受取渡として明日郡代中ゟも目付小池甚右衛門
平方ニ而赤羽団治差出候段郡代中談有之候ニ付□□下役
安右衛門罷越双方得と吟味之上堺相立候様申付候
一 弁才天橋材木并仮橋木道具共ニ近日之内受取度候段

御山奉行中
一 御書付の趣旨について、月番宅において三人の者どもへ申し渡した。私ども両人と羽右衛門が
出席し、ありがたい旨の取り合わせがあった。三人の者は御年寄中への御礼回りを
先例の通り回るよう申し付けた。両人の宅へも出向いた。
一 藤京・牧太右の御札御届けの件で、御用番御帳へ出向いて記録した。
一 志賀羽右衛門の格式が御中小姓、高二十四俵三人扶持となった旨が
仰せ渡された。その趣旨の概略について御用番御席へ出向き、両人で御礼を申し上げた。御用人中へも
先達って内談の筋もあったので、一通り挨拶に及んだ。

四日
一 杉左衛門が芦沢村へ御普請方の御用で竹を切るため出向いた旨の届けを申し聞いた。
六日
一 御普請方で談合した細竹について、芦沢村で三十本、残りを歳神坂両所の
御薮で都合百本切り出し、すぐに引き渡した旨を杉左衛門が申し聞いた。
八日
一 弁才天への行馬道修繕のため、すのこ木長さ九尺の物十三本を受け取りたい
旨、郡代中と談合があり、向寄で伐採して渡すよう義右衛門方へ沙汰した。
一 板山村の地替受取渡しとして、明日郡代中からも目付小池甚右衛門を
平方で赤羽団治を差し出す旨、郡代中と談合があったので、［ ］［ ］下役
安右衛門が出向き、双方でよく吟味の上、境界を確定するよう申し付けた。
一 弁才天橋の材木並びに仮橋木道具とも近日中に受け取りたい旨

1. Regarding the contents of the official notice, it was announced to the three men at the monthly duty officer's residence. Both of us and Uemon attended, and there was a grateful exchange. 1. It was reported that Sugi Zaemon had gone to Ashizawa village to cut bamboo for construction office duties.
6th day
1. Sugi Zaemon reported that regarding the thin bamboo discussed by the construction office, 30 pieces were cut at Ashizawa village, and the remainder was cut from both government groves at Toshigamisaka, totaling 100 pieces, which were immediately delivered.
8th day
1. For repairing the horse path to Benzaiten, there was a conference with the district magistrate about wanting to receive 13 pieces of slatted wood 9 shaku in length. It was arranged to have them cut at Mukayori and delivered, and this was communicated to Giemon's group.
1. Regarding the land exchange delivery for Itayama village, there was a conference with the district magistrate that tomorrow they would also send inspector Koike Jinzaemon and present Akabane Danji at Hirakata.
