板山村替地之義尾小豆坂田領村方差支之筋有之難義
之由ニ付中澤一円先達願之通替地致度候段申談
有之候先達而十蔵殿談之節少は間違も御座候旁
村方御用捨之筋之事ニ付可然段為対談置候
一 兼而申談置候御普請分納メ黒部伐出并弁才天橋木
手摺古台木四拾弐本伐出両様兼候而罷越候様羽右衛門方
良蔵江被申渡候と惣次も召連為伐候様良蔵□□渡候
一 弁才天橋木大木之方栗唐松栂之内伐出之申談候処

一 弁才天橋の木材調達のため、勝間村牛木林で五角（五寸角）の栗材が何本程度あるか、現地に赴いて見分するよう良蔵に沙汰した。

右の通り勝間村牛木林の木材について良蔵が申し聞いた。もっとも概算にて、
右の高さからどの程度の材が取れるか、同人が申し聞いた。

十五日
一 岡村十郎兵衛殿が申し聞かせたことについて、かねがね相談していたこの間中申し渡していた
板山村替地の件で、尾小豆坂田領の村方に差し支えがあり難儀している
ため、中澤一円を先達の願いの通り替地したい旨を申し談じた。
先達って十蔵殿と談じた際、少し間違いもあった件もあり、
村方への御用捨ての筋のことでもあるので適切と対談し置いた。
一 かねて申し談じ置いた御普請分の納メ黒部伐出ならびに弁才天橋木の
手摺・古台木四十二本伐出の両件を兼ねて現地に赴くよう、羽右衛門方から
良蔵へ申し渡した。そして惣次も召し連れて伐採するよう良蔵へ申し渡した。
一 弁才天橋木の大木について、栗・唐松・栂の内から伐出することを申し談じたところ、
近辺の御林の内には見当たらず、遠方より伐出するには殊の外

1. For procuring timber for Benzaiten Bridge, instructions were given to Ryōzō to go and inspect how many five-sun square chestnut logs might be available in the Ushiki forest of Katsuma village.
Chestnut logs of 2-ken length: approximately 138 logs

Ryōzō reported on the timber in Katsuma village's Ushiki forest as above. This being a rough estimate,
he also reported on how much timber could be obtained from these heights.

1. Regarding what Okamura Jūrōbei conveyed, concerning the ongoing consultations and instructions given during this period about the land exchange in Itayama village, there are difficulties due to interference from villages in the Oazuki Sakata domain territory. Therefore, we discussed making a land exchange for the entire Nakazawa area as previously requested. Since there were some misunderstandings when we discussed with Jūzō previously, and since this is a matter of showing consideration to the villages, we agreed this would be appropriate.
1. Regarding the previously discussed logging for government construction projects at Kurobun and the cutting of 42 logs for handrails and old platform timber for Benzaiten Bridge, instructions were given by Uemon's group to Ryōzō to go and handle both matters together. Instructions were also given to Ryōzō to take Sōji along for the logging work.
