あるため、差し免じて中ノ澤西原一円を引き替え地として差し出すよう申し渡すべき旨を

申し談じた上で、今日村役人を呼び出して安右衛門が申し渡した。山方衆が
残らず御用出のため出席が無く、証文書き替えの件も申し付けた。
十八日
一 馬場安右衛門の妻出産で男子出生の件を一応御用番へ申し達した。もっとも
外の下役は御用出で留守子のため、廻［ ］今日限りで御免を成し下されるよう
伺った上で、その段を右同人方へ手紙をもって申し渡した。
一 志賀羽右衛門方ならびに三溝良蔵が非持山より罷り帰った。杣三十四人
にて黒部榑十間余りも伐出し、馬通用等も相成る場所まで運び
出した由。ならびに弁才天橋木の手摺土台を伐り掛けた由を、惣治［ ］委細に
申し付け置いた段の届けを承り置いた。

1. Regarding the replacement land matter for Itayama village, as discussed with the district magistrate, since there are obstacles concerning Azukizaka Hikage village side, it was decided that the exemption should be granted and Nakanosawa Nishihara district should be offered as replacement land.
