右小原村御林ヨリ勝間河原迄之人足
二日
一 小白木駄数書町方より差出候由郡代中より差越受取
一 黒河内善右衛門右同断書上安右衛門差出ス
三日
一 江戸表ヨリ山師弐人此度加藤八左衛門殿せ話ニ而罷越候
右ニ付御立山御林并寺社木共ニ内見致度之旨 御同人
被申聞候其段申達之上入ノ谷郷中沢郷江差出候
図尤杣目付与惣治差添出候段伺之通相済
一 右ニ付村賄之義御用番江申達シ郡代中掛合郷方ニて
両郷江相触候様申談候

一 右山師共差出候ニ付印鑑札三枚右之趣ヲ以大目付中より
受取之羽右衛門方江渡尤添廻状山方衆ヨリ被差出候様
右同人江及沙汰
一 飯嶋町平内先達而願申聞候春近郷宮田黒川山
存之外小木ニて其上檜木立可有之図ニ心得罷有候処
用立候木少ニ而第一村山境等も心得違有之候ニ付何分
此上御慈悲之筋内々願申聞候段杉右衛門方申聞候右
御山之義は春中も押而相願見分も無之場所江山入
申付候事御山代百両無相違差出其余大木相伐有之
宜御山ニて百両木分之処御見分之上御差図次第ニ

右につき御立山御林並びに寺社木共に内見致したき旨 御同人

もっとも杣目付与惣治差し添え出し候段伺いの通り相済み
一 右につき村賄いの義御用番へ申し達し郡代中掛け合い郷方にて

一 Two mountain surveyors from Edo came this time through arrangements with Kato Hachizaemon-sama
Regarding this, the said person requested to inspect the official mountains, official forests, and temple/shrine timber
After reporting this matter, they were sent to Irinotani district and Nakazawa district
with soma inspector Yosoji accompanying them as planned and approved
一 Regarding village provisions for this, reported to the duty officer and consulted with district magistrates
to have both districts notified through the rural administration

一 For sending out the said mountain surveyors, received three identification tags from the chief inspectors
with the above purpose and delivered them to Uemon, with accompanying circular notices
to be issued by the mountain administration officials, instructed the said person
一 Hiranai from Iijima town had previously petitioned regarding Haruchika district's Miyata Kurokawa mountain,
thinking it had unexpectedly small trees but believing there should be cypress groves,
however the usable timber was scarce and there were misunderstandings about village mountain boundaries,
so he privately petitioned for merciful consideration, as reported by Sugiemon
Regarding this mountain, even during spring he persistently petitioned and entered the mountain
at locations without proper inspection. The mountain fee of 100 ryo was paid without fail,
and other large trees were cut. It being a good mountain worth 100 ryo in timber,
awaiting instructions after official inspection
