差出不申願出取斗山入申付候事昨今ニ至候而右
躰之義乍内願ニも承届かたく候段同役申談之上則
杉左衛門方へ申聞置
一 右同人申聞候趣元〆方郡代中江及内談御用番江も申達シ
候処春中追々申聞候趣も有之甚不筋之義先達
願之通申渡候様被仰聞候則月番宅へ呼出シ其段申渡候
様杉左衛門方へ及沙汰勇治義も出席候様申渡候
一 飯嶋町平内江於月番宅申渡相済御山御払頂戴
受出下書相渡認之上差出候様杉左衛門方へ及沙汰
一 御用簗竹伐出相済良蔵罷帰候段届承置
