取入日影林欅迄運ひ入候段届申聞候

【右丁】
曲事者（不正を行った者）であるところ、他所者（よそ者）のことに付き、いかがなものであろうかと
仰せ聞かれた。前々より他所者共に右の通り相認めた例が御座る
段申し達した
一 小澤村御林御払いの義、伺いの通り相済んだに付き申し渡すよう山方
衆へ沙汰に及んだ
