相済届申聞候左之通
小白木板子七百三拾四挺
此駄数四百五駄

一 御用簗牛木今日的場村林ニて亦々伐出都合百廿本
之由右之内七十本程勝間河原迄取入相済届杉左衛門
雇申聞候尤新山村ヨリ人足三十人罷出候由

一 上伊那郷横川御立山見分牧太登山仕度段伺之通
御用番勝手次第之旨被仰聞候
一 火山村西ノ入御林一円御払之義殿嶋村ニ而御買請仕度候段
先達願有之同役申談之上御払申渡候様義右衛門方へ
及沙汰則今日申渡候段届申聞候

一 的場村御林ヨリ牛木百弐十本伐出候処不足ニ付又々此度も
百弐十本伐出勝間河原ニて受取度分一方申聞候由山方
衆申聞候則伐出之義及沙汰
一 右御簗用木伐出運ひ共ニ人足之義四十五人廿八日

【右丁】
一 羽右衛門方の良蔵が黒河内村の小白木板子の駄数を調べるため出向き、調査が
完了したとの届けを申し聞いた。次の通りである
小白木板子七百三十四挺
この駄数四百五駄
ただし六ノ七から尺三ノ尺五まで
右の両人が届け出たが、その他流失した分については追って御届けするよう御用番へ
申し伝えておいた
二十四日
一 御用簗の牛木を今日的場村の林でまた伐り出し、都合百二十本になった
とのこと。右のうち七十本程を勝間河原まで運び入れが完了したとの届けを杉左衛門が
申し聞いた。もっとも新山村より人足三十人が出向いたとのこと

一 上伊那郷横川御立山の見分に牧太が登山したいとの伺いの通り
御用番の都合次第との旨を仰せ聞かされた
一 火山村西ノ入御林一円の御払いの件で、殿嶋村で御買い請けしたいとの
先達ての願いがあり、同役と申し談じた上で御払いを申し渡すよう義右衛門方へ
沙汰に及び、則ち今日申し渡したとの届けを申し聞いた
二十六日
一 的場村御林より牛木百二十本を伐り出したところ不足のため、また今度も
百二十本を伐り出し勝間河原で受け取りたいと方一方が申し聞いたとのことを山方
衆が申し聞いた。則ち伐り出しの件について沙汰に及んだ
一 右の御簗用木の伐り出し・運搬ともに人足の件、四十五人を二十八日
