一 小林杉左衛門、北原儀七郎の在出出入りの届けがあり、御領中の小林
平四郎へ金百疋の納めがあり、右の木を渡すよう申し付けた。栗羽場まで
御林での御払いは次の通りと両人が申し聞いた

この御払い値段を下置きのため見合わせることになった

一 北原儀右衛門方が今日御簗御用の牛木伐り出しが完了し、そのうち
百十七本の運搬が完了したとの件、残り四十五本を明日取り入れる算段を
申し聞いた。なお人足を郷方へ掛け合うよう右同人へ申し渡した

一 御簗御用の小牛木百二十本、長さ六尺を請け取りたいとの件で方一方から
申し立てがあり、杉左衛門方へ沙汰に及んだ。もっとも与惣治へ申し付け伐り出しの算段を
申し付けたところ、今日九十本が出来上がり渡したとのこと。残りを明日伐り出す件を杉左衛門と
