申付置処勝間河原羽場村林ニて松木四本伐木之図
御用木伐出候段杉左衛門申聞候為手伝村人足両人
申付候由
一 非持村御囲山ヨリ椹伐出之義御普請奉行申談有之
尤此度ハ先少く追々少之宛御用ニ付届入レ之義申談
有之郡代中申談人足七八十人受取之図り申談候
一 飯嶋町早【原ヵ】内上納春近御山代初納金三拾両羽右衛門方
御金方江上納受取証文一通差出御箪笥へ入置
右上納金之義并御山代図違有之百両上納之義甚
難渋之趣追々内蔵【？】申聞候乍然右金高之内御

用捨之筋相ニ而減之義ハ外例とも相成難申上候へども
甚難義之趣申聞其上見分仕杣目付図り之処も
六七十両ならてハ諸木無之段申聞旁納方御用■

一 分一方申立御簗御用木左之通此度伐出相渡候段一応

一 杉左衛門申聞候は小牛木都合百廿本与惣治伐出分一方へ

【右丁】
申し付けたところ、勝間河原羽場村の林にて松木四本の伐木を図り、
御用木を伐り出した段を杉左衛門が申し聞いた。手伝いとして村人足両人を
申し付けたとのこと
一 非持村の御囲山より杉材を伐り出す件について、御普請奉行と申し談じ置いた。
もっとも今度は御指図が少なく、追々少々ずつ御用につき届け入れ令する件を申し談じ
あった。郡中で申し談じ、人足七八十人を受け取る図りを申し談じた
一 飯嶋町早内上納、春近御山代の初納金三十四両を羽右衛門方より
御金方へ上納、受取証文一通を差し出し御用へ入れ置いた
右の納金の件並びに御山代の図りに違いがあり、百両上納の件が甚だ
難渋する趣を追々内蔵が申し聞いた。しかしながら右□高のうち御

甚だ難儀な趣を申し聞き、その上見方をし杣目付を図ったところの件は
