罷帰候段届承置左之通御払木仕候旨是亦申聞候

【右丁】
沙汰に及ぶよう御普請奉行中より手紙が申し来ましたので、すぐに
良蔵へ申し渡しました。同日見分が滞りなく相済んだ旨、右用人が申し聞かせました。
十八日
一 北原儀右衛門、馬場安右衛門が上伊那郷より御用が相済み、昨日
帰って来た旨の届けを承知しました。左の通り御払木をした旨、これまた申し聞かせました。
銀五十二匁五分 樋口村 勘五郎
同 二十二匁五分 又四郎
同 二朱 善四郎
同 二分二朱 林左衛門
右は樋口村蛇ヶ澤御林にて御払いした旨を
申し聞かせました。

辰野村
金二両二分二朱と銀五分 喜左衛門
右は辰野村大久保林にて御払いした旨申し聞かせました。
右の御払いは悪木によるもの、もっとも辰野村御林は見切りにて御払いした由、
両人が申し聞かせ承知しました。
一 小横川御竹藪の手入れが相済み、人足五十人を申し付けた由
一 北大出村御竹藪の手入れが相済み、杭木を少々相渡した由
一 川手村御竹藪の手入れが相済み、杭木四十本が御入用
右の趣旨の届けを申し聞き承知しました。
一 北原儀右衛門、馬場安右衛門の帰届を御用番へ申し［上げ］ました
一 鉾持村西ノ入御林新林見分に同役両人が出向いた件

- Kitahara Giemon and Baba Yasuemon completed their official duties in Kami-Ina village and returned yesterday, which we acknowledged in their report. They also reported the following timber sales:
52 monme 5 bu of silver Higuchi Village Kangoro
22 monme 5 bu of silver Matashiro
2 shu of silver Zenshiro
2 bu 2 shu of silver Rinzaemon
The above were sold from the Jagasawa forest in Higuchi Village, as reported.

The above was sold from the Okubo forest in Tatsuno Village, as reported.
The above timber sales were of defective wood; particularly, the Tatsuno Village forest timber was sold as assessed waste, as both men reported and we acknowledged.
- The maintenance of the Koyokogawa bamboo grove was completed, with fifty laborers assigned
- The maintenance of the Kitaode Village bamboo grove was completed, with some stake wood distributed
- The maintenance of the Kawate Village bamboo grove was completed, requiring forty stake posts
We heard and acknowledged reports of the above matters.
