川下郷之内川西春近郷相廻シ申候ニ付村触之義御沙汰可
被下候旨郡代中江申談候印鑑添廻状等にて羽左衛門方江
及沙汰候
一 弁財天橋此度御請木道具郡代中申談ニ付々伐出
申付候右橋は前々町方普請ニて橋木之方分も願有之
被下来候処此度は御手当場所同様之筋ニ相見申候
已後之格ニも相成候義ニ付郡代中江如何之筋ニ候哉掛合
候処至極尤之義当時右橋用金も無之其上先年ゟ
之橋用金元〆分御借入ニて当時は御断ニ相成候由旁ニ付
先此度は 上御修覆ニ被成下候已後之処は又々

一 非持山黒部はむれ【＝葉群ヵ】之分御払之義郡代元〆御普請奉行
詳義之上御用番江伺申達候伺之通済
一 牧太義弥明三日上伊那郷江罷越候段御用番江申達ス
一 山方壱人之月番相定外月並之通御中小性目付迄月番書
差出相勤候段右は御役筋諸勘定帳差出候様御沙汰ニ付
月番相立引受ニ致候得は取〆りも宜候段御用人中申談之上
御用番伺済其段杉衛門方へ及沙汰当月杉左衛門方
月番相勤候段届承候置

川下郷の内、川西春近郷を回すことになったので、村触れの件について御沙汰を
下されたい旨を郡代中に申し談じた。印鑑を添えた回状等で羽左衛門方に
沙汰に及んだ。
一 弁財天橋について、この度御請負の木材・道具を郡代中で申し談じたので、伐り出しを
申し付けた。右の橋は前々から町方普請で橋木の方の分も願い出があり、
下されてきたところ、この度は御手当場所同様の筋に見受けられる。
以後の格式にも相成る件につき、郡代中にいかがな筋かと掛け合った
ところ、至極もっともな件で、当時右の橋用金も無く、その上先年からの
橋用金元締分は御借入で、当時は御断りになったとのことで、いろいろな事情により
まず今度は上様の御修復になされ下され、以後のところはまた

その節の詳細次第との旨を十郎兵衛殿が申し聞かれたので、山方衆の
杉左衛門方にもその段を話し置いた。
二日
一 非持山黒部の葉群の分の御払いの件について、郡代・元締・御普請奉行で
詳議の上、御用番に伺い申し達した。伺いの通り済んだ。
一 牧太については、いよいよ明三日に上伊那郷に罷り越す段を御用番に申し達した。
一 山方一人の月番を相定め、外は月並みの通り御中小性目付まで月番書を
差し出し相勤める段。右は御役筋諸勘定帳を差し出すよう御沙汰につき、
月番を相立て引き受けにすれば取り締まりも宜しい段を、御用人中で申し談の上、
御用番に伺い済み、その段を杉衛門方へ沙汰に及び、当月杉左衛門方が
月番を相勤める段の届けを承り置いた。

As it was decided to circulate through Kawanishi Haruchika village within Kawashimo district, a request was made to the district magistrates for
an official directive regarding village notifications. This matter was communicated to Uzaemon's office
through circular notices with official seals attached.
1. Regarding Benzaiten Bridge, as the contracted timber and tools were discussed among the district magistrates, orders were given for
logging operations. This bridge had previously received approval for bridge timber
through town construction projects, but this time it appears to follow the same procedure as official allocated sites.
As this would establish precedent for future cases, inquiry was made to the district magistrates about the proper procedure.
It was deemed entirely reasonable, as there are currently no funds for the bridge, and moreover, the bridge funds under the chief overseer's control from previous years
were borrowed money, which is currently declined. Due to various circumstances,
for now the superior will graciously undertake the repairs, and future matters will again depend on

the detailed circumstances at that time, as communicated by Juroubei-dono, so this matter was also discussed with
Sugizaemon of the mountain affairs group.
Day 2
1. Regarding the disposal of leaf clusters from the non-possession mountain Kurobe, after detailed discussion among the district magistrate, chief overseer, and construction magistrate,
an inquiry was submitted to the duty officer. It was completed as inquired.
1. Regarding Makita, it was reported to the duty officer that he will definitely depart for Kami-Ina district tomorrow, the 3rd.
1. One person from the mountain affairs group was designated for monthly duty, while others will submit monthly duty reports to the junior page inspectors as usual
and perform their duties. As there was an official directive to submit various accounting ledgers for official positions,
if monthly duty is established and undertaken, supervision will also be satisfactory. After discussion among the chamberlains,
this was approved by the duty officer, the matter was communicated to Sugiemon's office, and acknowledgment was received that Sugizaemon's office
will perform monthly duty this month.
