一 今日杉左衛門方并勇治溝口村御林ニ而弁才天仮橋木伐出
南沢黒石山渡兼御用出届承置候
一 牧太義横川御立山見分無滞相済上伊那郷川西ノ方
御林御竹薮見分罷帰候案内有之右ニ付月番之義
即日交代
一 唯今迄非番月之節御用多之筋は其度々御用引御届
仕候処已来之処は御用透ニて出番之節御届御届可仕候
出番無之内は御届等仕間鋪段大目付中迄承合之処

一 杣目付与惣治江戸表山師壱人是亦今日罷帰候

右勝間河原渡着分一間知相済候旨御届申達候

一 今日、杉左衛門方並びに勇治が溝口村の御林にて弁財天仮橋木の伐り出し、
南沢黒石山渡しを兼ねて御用に出たとの届けを承り置いた。
一 牧太が横川御立山の見分を滞りなく済ませ、上伊那郷川西の方の
御林・御竹薮の見分を終えて帰ったとの案内があった。これにつき月番の件は
即日交代した。
一 今まで非番月の節に御用が多い筋については、その都度御用引きの御届けを
仕ったところ、以来のところは御用の透いている時に出番の節に御届けをすることとする。
出番が無い内は御届け等を仕るまじき段を大目付中まで承り合わせたところ、
その通り
にて然るべしと権兵衛殿が申し聞かせた。
一 杣目付の与惣治が江戸表の山師一人と、これまた今日帰って来た。
