一溝口村御林ニ而弁才天仮橋行桁六本内様壱間物三本七間

一 非持山村伐出候椹取入之義郡代中江申談候処何の方ニ而
御小屋江取入可致段被申候ニ付其通申談候

簀の子伐出として罷越候旨届申聞候尤西入ニ而不足

一 日沼村御藪御篠竹三日町之者御払相願候由ニ付下役方
差遣候図り之処羽右衛門方未見分不致候付奉罷越度由
申聞候間則両人罷越候様及沙汰今日罷越候旨届申聞候
勿論篠竹丈ヶ七尺位有之候得者宜有之候旨右之者申候段
一 羽右衛門被申聞候見計伐出相渡候様及挨拶候

上申したところ、絵図の直しが戻ってきた。
一 羽右衛門・良蔵が山室村御林の境界改めのため出かけた旨の届けを申し聞いた。
十二日
一 右両人が昨晩夜に入って帰って来た旨の届けを申し聞かれた。
一 杉左衛門・勇治が尾勝の内南沢山渡しに付き添って帰って来た旨の届けを申し述べた。
一 溝口村御林にて弁財天仮橋の行桁六本（内訳は一間物三本、七間物三本）を
伐採した旨を申し聞いた。簀の子木については郷方と懸け合いの上、またあらためて
相渡しする由を申し聞いた。
一 非持山村で伐り出した椹を取り入れる件について郡代中へ申し談じたところ、いずれの方にて
御小屋へ取り入れるべき段を申されたので、その通り申し談じた。
一 溝口村にて伐り出した行桁六本について、かねて申し談じた通り郷方にて弁財天

河原まで運び付ける計画を郡代中へ申し談じた。
十一日
一 杉左衛門・安右衛門が鉾持村西之入御林に弁財矢川原飯橋の
簀の子伐り出しとして出かけた旨の届けを申し聞いた。もっとも西入にて不足の場合は
鳥的場村・小原村の御林の内にて伐り出し、郷方へ相渡し申すべき段を
申し聞き承り置いた。
一 日沼村の御薮の御篠竹を三日町の者が御払いを相願いした由につき、下役方を
差し遣わす計画のところ、羽右衛門方がまだ見分を致していないので参りたい由を
申し聞いたので、則ち両人が出かけるよう沙汰に及び、今日出かけた旨の届けを申し聞いた。
勿論篠竹の丈が七尺位あれば宜しくある旨を右の者が申した段を
一 羽右衛門が申し聞かせ、見計らって伐り出し相渡しするよう挨拶に及んだ。

they stated which method should be used to store it in the official warehouse, so it was discussed accordingly.

1. A report was received that Sugizaemon and Yasuemon went to the Nishinoiri official forest in Hokemochi village
to cut grating wood for the Benzaiya-gawara Iihashi bridge. Moreover, if there was insufficient material at Nishinoiri,
they should cut from within the official forests of Toriteki-ba village and Obara village and deliver to the village officials,
as was reported and acknowledged.
1. Regarding a request from people of Mikka-machi for official sale of bamboo from the official bamboo grove in Hinuma village, when planning
to dispatch subordinate officials, Uemon's group said they had not yet conducted an inspection and wished to go,
so arrangements were made for both men to go, and a report was received that they went today.
Of course, the person mentioned that bamboo stalks of about 7 shaku in height would be suitable,
