申出候由義右衛門被申聞候見分之上直段次第御払之図り及沙汰候
一 花畑水道普請木道具来月中旬頃迄に受取度段郡代中
談有之候旨杉沢右衛門方え及沙汰候
一 片羽末形橋簀の子来左之通請取度段御普請奉行中ゟ
一 談有之候旨申送に付是又杉四郎方江及沙汰候左之通
松簀の子木三拾五挺三拾五挺
但弐間壱尺幅五寸
一 先達而掛目付之惣法幷山師共え相渡置候印鑑弐牧羽右衛門方ゟ
相納候ニ付則大目付中え差戻申候
一非村山村御払之丞部請方之者小屋掛知候旨杉戸杉左ゟ被申聞候

依之小屋掛出来候はゝ其節見分之上木渡候様同人江及沙汰候勿論
木付出入り之義申談之上追而及沙汰不申及挨拶候

一 弁才天河原本橋川除敷木不足ニ付松弐間切三拾本受取度段
持掛り之者談有之候旨杉左衛門申聞候ニ付相渡候様及沙汰則今日
小原村御林ニて伐出相渡候段往来届有之候
一 羽右衛門良蔵貝沼村篠竹御払渡并火山村御林御払木渡夫より
大久保村渡船先達而不足ニ付願有之候処追而代木ニ而可相渡
候之間村方ニ而伐出之図り及沙汰置候此度右代木も相渡罷帰候 旨
届被申聞候

【右丁】
申し出た由を義右衛門が申し聞いた。見分の上、直段次第で御払いの図りに及び沙汰した。
一 花畑水道普請木道具を来月中旬頃までに受け取りたい段について、郡代中で
談合があった旨を杉沢右衛門方へ及び沙汰した。
一 片羽末形橋簀の子について、来る左の通り請け取りたい段を御普請奉行中より
談合があった旨申し送りにつき、これまた杉四郎方へ及び沙汰した。左の通り
松簀の子木三拾五挺
但し弐間壱尺、幅五寸
一 先達て掛目付の惣法並びに山師共へ相渡し置いた印鑑を弐牧羽右衛門方より
相納めたにつき、則ち大目付中へ差し戻し申した。
一 非村山村御払いの丞部請方の者が小屋掛けを知った旨を杉戸杉左より申し聞いた。

これにより小屋掛けが出来たならばその節見分の上木を渡すよう同人へ及び沙汰した。勿論
木付出入りの件について申し談の上、追って及び沙汰しないまでも挨拶に及んだ。
十九日
一 弁財天河原本橋川除敷木が不足につき、松弐間切三拾本を受け取りたい段について、
持掛りの者が談合があった旨を杉左衛門が申し聞いたにつき、相渡すよう及び沙汰し、則ち今日
小原村御林にて伐り出し相渡した段、往来届があった。
一 羽右衛門・良蔵が貝沼村篠竹御払い渡し並びに火山村御林御払木渡しより
大久保村渡船が先達て不足につき願いがあったところ、追って代木にて相渡し
できる間、村方にて伐り出しの図りを及び沙汰し置いた。この度右代木も相渡し罷り帰った旨を
届けを申し聞いた。

Day 19
1. Due to insufficient foundation timber for river protection at Benzaiten Kawara main bridge, there was a request to receive 30 pine logs cut to 2 ken. Sugizaemon reported that the person in charge had consulted about this, so arrangements were made to deliver them, and today they were cut and delivered at Obara village official forest, with a travel report received.
1. Yasuemon and Ryozo delivered bamboo grass from Kainuma village official sale and official sale timber from Kayama village official forest. Since there was a previous shortage for Okubo village ferry, a petition was made, and substitute timber would be delivered later. Meanwhile, arrangements were made for the village to cut the timber. This time the substitute timber was also delivered and they returned, as reported.
