一 藤沢郷御林の極印改めのため小林杉八左衛門・三溝長蔵が罷り越し
並びに雑木等の御締めを心掛けるよう申し渡した
一 北原儀右衛門が溝口村御林より水道通り足伐り出来るよう申し渡した
右の面、請け御用番へ一応申し達した

四五郎が老方へ差し遣わした奥方出来の御職分役所へ相回るよう
下役が申し渡された

一 小白木打数共に黒河内善右衛門が差し出した。郡代中より町方問屋より
