申談之上御用番不及義之旨申渡候様被仰聞候則
安右衛門へ其通申渡候
一 青山佐五右衛門方申談有之候も此上納有之候委曲木此百束
之内弐十束程は無歩路御用立兼候に付百八十束々申立受取ニ
致有之者申談有之候何左様ニも取計可然申談置候
一 杣目付与惣治入ノ谷郷御立山見廻り去廿四日申月差替申候

一 建替候様并御高札請取黒河内藤右衛門罷出候様被申渡候様
羽右衛門方へ及沙法

【右丁】
相談の上、御用番には及ばない旨を申し渡すよう仰せ聞かされ、則ち
安右衛門へその通り申し渡した
一 青山佐五右衛門方と相談があったが、この上納があり、詳細は木材百束の
内二十束程は運搬路がなく御用に立てかねるにつき、百八十束として申し立て受け取りに
したとの相談があった。何れにせよ取り計らいが然るべきと相談し置いた
一 杣目付の与惣治が入ノ谷郷御立山見廻りを去る二十四日申の刻に交替した

一 志賀羽右衛門・三溝長助・御子柴勇治が御薪間知用として登山する
届けがあった
一 小澤村御林御払い代金の内、金五両を上牧村より上納した由、良蔵が

一 建て替えるよう、並びに御高札請け取りのため黒河内藤右衛門が罷り出るよう申し渡されるよう
羽右衛門方へ沙汰に及ぶ
一 右二ヶ所建て替えの名所等を申し聞かせるよう、これまた羽右衛門に
申し談じられた
